Corporate Membership

CORPORATE MEMBER

Legal entities operating in the mining industry such as mining production, ore processing, or carrying out most of their important activities in the mining sector can be accepted as Corporate Members by the decision of the Board of Directors.

The application is required as:

  • Corporate Membership Application Form,
  • The institution's authorized signatures list (for Turkish Companies),
  • Commercial Registry Gazette (if any- for non-Turkish companies),
  • Brochures and identifying documents belonging to the company (if any),
  • The name and contact information of the person who will represent the institute in YERMAM.

The request of the candidate applying for corporate membership is decided by meeting with the first Board of Directors. The candidate whose Corporate membership has been approved is notified. Corporate membership becomes official when the Corporate Member Admission Fee and the first monthly fee are paid to the relevant account.

The Rights of The Corporate Members of YERMAM are as follows:

  • The honor of contributing to the activities of YERMAM for its purposes,
  • Encouraging the professional employee by the Corporate member to take the Qualified Person title and providing mentorship if required/requested by YERMAM professional members.
  • The opportunity for the Corporate member to introduce himself, competence, products and activities to other members of YERMAM (member, professional member, honorary member, corporate member),
  • The logo of the Corporate member will be on the YERMAM website’s home page,
  • Link of the Corporate member's site will be on the YERMAM Website,
  • Display logo of the Corporate Members in YERMAM training and meeting hall,
  • The Corporate member's activities will be published in the news of YERMAM social media accounts and website,
  • In YERMAM trainings, giving the right to talk to Corporate member, who has sponsored or contributed, about the current activity in the educational field.
  • Ensuring direct training (paid, free, webinar, etc.) provided that YERMAM provides the desired quality for its purposes,
  • Providing membership discounts to the staff of the Corporate member in paid trainings, •Granting the Corporate member representative the right to vote in the General Assembly.
