The vision is to support the members for the career development and professional achievements of geosciences, mining and metallurgy professionals, to follow international best practices in the industry, to keep ethical values, environmental, social fabric and occupational health and safety at the highest level, to prioritize sustainable and responsible mining issues, to provide opportunities, and to be among internationally recognized professional organizations.

To make mining activities in internationally accepted standards and to contribute to the economy by producing natural resources accurately and efficiently.
